trained and experienced dance teacher.
RCDA offers the unique
opportunity for students to start a warm up at 6:15 for 30mmin before the
class starts and for participants to use the back room to practice before
and after the class, until 9:30 PM.

Basics steps and turns, cross
body lead, introduction to salsa/mambo music, timing and
rhythm
Itermediate
Figures including underarm turns, inside
and outside turns - More complicated turns
Advanced
For the
students who have been dancing for a while and feel comfortable with more
complicated figures, multiple turns and shines

Cardio Salsa Course
A fun 60 min. solo dance workout for
men and women that not only teaches you the basics in Salsa, Merengue and
Cha-cha but also helps you improve fitness and toning-up in a low impact

no transferable and cannot be converted to private classes without
